ABOUT OUR COMPANY AND OUR ACTIVITIES,

TEKNOFİL MÜHENDİSLİK Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi: is a typical family company which is founded by Mechanical Engineer Necati TERZİÖZ and his son Economist Özgür TERZİÖZ. Lately Material and Metallurgy Engineer Orçun ERGİNCAN joined us as Marketing and Sales Director and Mechanical Engineer Erdem TERZİÖZ as a responsible shareholder of R&D Projects and product design, so that our company is refreshed and gained strength.

Teknofil is founded as a Limited Company in 1999. We are celebrating our 10th year with excitement in 2009. From the date our company is founded, it has constantly developed and renovated itself according to the latest demands and aims to take an important role by the means of developing new technologies in a wide scope of fields and/or contributing actively (home) transferring of these new technologies to our country. We aim to maintain our leading position by taking an active role inside the “technology development/production projects” in the future to come.

1. It has applied many R&D projects supported by TÜBITAK –TIDEB (Teydeb) TTGV KOSGEB –TEKMER. Works upon these projects still continue, taking such roles as R&d project management responsible, process management and technical adviser.

2. It has taken an active role to bring the standards in our country and realizing them in the products such as (TS 932; TS 7404; TS 5395; TS 4333; TS 4334 etc) prepared by TSE or some standards (ISO 4572 ISO 10770-1 etc.) having international quality. Besides bringing some international standards in our country and realizing them in the industry, using them in laboratories (for e.g.: ISO 2758; ISO 2759; ISO 5636-5: ISO 5011; ISO 4020; ISO 4548 etc), it gained successful results in developing testing equipment for international standards.

3. OUR ACTIVITIES IN AUTOMATIVE SECTOR;
New Investment and Modernization projects of some companies that produce OEM products as main industrial supplier were applied with success. As for an example:
3.1. The MODERNIZATION PROJECT has been accomplished successfully of the factory with 500 workers in Hatay/ Iskenderun and the facility has become free of excessive human power;

3.2. The INVESTMENT PROJECT of a factory producing engine oil filter with latest technology in İzmir/ Kemalpaşa has been successfully completed;

3.3. It has been tried to contribute for various investment projects for countries like IRAN/SUDAN/ EGYPT/ LIBYA;
3.4. We can show to many factories in Istanbul that we present the opportunity of final examination and performance tests for the products by producing testing equipments or building laboratories;

4. OUR ACTIVITIES IN GENERAL MANUFACTURE INDUSTRY
There have been significant developments in the area of producing working parts manufactured by press/forming with forming system developed for hydraulic presses. With this project: as a result of high capacities, very low investment capital and low management costs have been reached, and economical production is realized with feasible investment.

4.1. We gained a successful output in the R & D project that is supported by Tübitak-Tideb and we are virtually responsible and leader. With the output in question it has many application areas like: in automotive subsidiaries pressure proof and long tube formed products: hydraulic and oil filter protection; tubes in air conditioner and cooling devices and in the production of parts for high pressure usage such as fire extinguisher.

4.2. For the pre assembly processes of the products, to produce robot aided washing-rinsing-drying and painting facility with electro-static powder paint, we have begun to an originally designed project.

5. OUR ACTIVITIES IN TESTING EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE AND THE RESULTS:
5.1. Our projects in developing testing equipments are decided to be supported by GYTE- KOSGEB TEKMER and are realized.

5.2. We have been the first for building final examination and R&d aimed laboratories with our testing equipments in the country.
5.2.1. Many filter manufacturing factory have increased their filter performance and proved to be suitable to the product standards, gained successful results in product convenience, completed their TSE certification period with success.
5.2.2. Some of these firms gained OEM supplier title in main automotive industry and obtained a differentiated role among the rivals with successful R&d projects and design labor.
5.2.3. The design results of the valves have been verified which have been the R&d project output with our originally designed equipment under the coverage of ISO 10770–1 standard for the performance tests of the hydraulic cycle element “proratable valves”.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS UNDER PROTECTION
Our company sometimes helps the project responsible of the team work that it participates as technical and project management adviser among its numerous project activities about the new technologies.

6.1. The product that is output of our work under the coverage of “extra deep drawing part production with a new method in synchronized press/mould set” project is entered to the patent register with Turkish Patent Institute’s 2008/06992 in the name of our firm.
6.2. Our “powder feeding unit with sensitive dosage” product that is originally designed and applied in the result of R&d Project activities under our constitution is entered to the patent register with Turkish Patent Institute’s 2009/03537 in the name of our firm.

7. OUR ACTIVITIES TOWARDS THE ENERGY SECTOR
We are involved in various energy projects for the usage of renewable energy sources that are able to be alternative to fossil-oil which will prevent the global warming by increasing our activities in energy sector.
These titles are:
7.1. The project of producing oil tube for usage of hydrogen as oil in transportation vehicles;

7.2. The project of developing a new system to produce electric energy from wave energy.

7.3. Like the project of developing the possibility of producing local energy from wind energy in homes and offices; we are working to contribute to the technological developments in this sector by being involved in energy area.

8. OUR CERTIFICATES AND AWARDS OF PROJECT AND TECHNİCAL COUNSELING SERVICES:
8.1. We are constantly in KOSGEB counsel inventory with success in “new technologies area” since 2003 to be able to give counseling service to KOBI who needs R&d Project and Administration Service.
8.1.1. Our company has been given the first prize in collaboration area in 2004 Istanbul Commercial Chamber KOBİ contest with a project which is among these activities.

8.2. Our General Manager is working in quality management system supervision in association/establishment of this area with his leading supervisor certificate for ISO 9001: 2000 quality management standard and his experience.

8.3. We are also working in product suitability area by participating to product documentation activities of TSE and product certification process in scope of ISO 65 (AB EN 45011) standard.

8.4. We are contributing to the process of inspection-commendation and applying before protection to companies about Intellectual and Industrial Ownership Law.

8.5. We are also giving services as surveyor and expert for the subjects who need surveying and expertise in İTO and İSO structure and for the conflicts in Intellectual and Industrial Ownership Rights Courts.

9. OUR TARGET FOR OUR TENTH ANNIVERSARY- YEAR 2009
We aim to be known as a brand in our country and “as a technologic firm” in abroad with our technologic side after the economic crisis.
